Legal Notice – Disputes, Chargebacks & Enforcement

Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing SMT service credits or using the SMT Hotspot Tool, you acknowledge and agree that all credit purchases are digital services and are non-refundable once applied or used.

Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal for a completed or partially used credit purchase constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

Account Action & Service Termination

In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions without prior notice:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access to the SMT Hotspot Tool

  • Permanent revocation of all remaining credits

  • Permanent ban from using our platform and services

Device & Network Restrictions

To protect against fraud and abuse, enforcement actions may include:

  • Blocking access based on IP address

  • Blocking access based on PC ID / device fingerprint

  • Blocking access associated with the purchaser’s account, email, or payment method

These restrictions are permanent and non-reversible.

Collections & Recovery

If a chargeback or dispute results in financial loss, unpaid balance, or recovered service usage, the account may be referred to internal or third-party collections for recovery of:

  • Outstanding balances

  • Chargeback fees

  • Administrative and enforcement costs

Additional legal remedies may be pursued where permitted by law.

Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt to:

  • Reverse charges after services have been delivered

  • Abuse the credit system

  • Circumvent bans or restrictions

may be treated as fraudulent activity and may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

Acceptance of Terms

Completion of a purchase and/or use of the SMT Hotspot Tool constitutes full acceptance of this Legal Notice and all associated Terms of Service.
