How credits and sessions work

A $3 credit is used when an authorized connection starts. It stays with that one Client’s help session, including Admin reconnects. It ends when the Client clicks End help or closes ConnectMe; an offline Client expires after 90 seconds. Unused credits stay in your account. The free trial and all included subscription sessions last up to 30 minutes. Unlimited Annual has no connection-count limit while the subscription is active. Available trial or plan sessions are used before credits. No automatic overage charges.
