Digital Credit Policy

Digital delivery

Hotspot Credits are digital credits for the Hotspot Repairs tool and services. No physical item is shipped. The free tool download does not include paid credits. Check device compatibility and the credit quantity before buying.

Authorized purchases

Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. Provide accurate checkout details. Do not share, resell, duplicate, or obtain credits through payment abuse.

Missing credits or payment problems

If credits are missing, your balance is incorrect, or you notice a duplicate charge, contact us at https://hotspotrepairs.com/contact with your order number, purchase email, and a description of the issue. Never send your full card number, password, or token code. Please let us investigate before placing another order.

Refunds and disputes

Used or redeemed credits are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds, except where required by law. Contact us to review unused credits, delivery failures, duplicate charges, or credits that do not work as described. This policy does not restrict statutory consumer rights or the right to report an unauthorized payment to your payment provider.

Fraud review

Orders and credit use may be reviewed for suspected payment abuse. Access associated with suspected fraud may be paused during review. Order, delivery, and usage records, where available, may be used to investigate payment disputes.
